There is a sheep at the horse barn. One of the mares was exceptionally timid and shy. She was even named Shy Girl. The owner heard that if you put a sheep in the stall with a shy horse for 30 days, the horse will stop being shy. So he brings in the sheep.
Brooke was concerned about the safety of a small sheep in with such a big, strong horse. She promptly named the sheep I.V., short for Innocent Victim. Shy Girl didn't kick the sheep or hurt her in any way, but the sheep didn't make her less shy either. So now Shy Girl has been sent to live in Mexico and I.V. became Ivy.
After a few weeks, it was obvious that Ivy was Great With Child. About a week before Christmas, Ivy gave birth to Noel, the most adorable little black and white marbled lamb.
Ivy is just NOT a pretty sheep, but Noel is just precious! I kept forgetting my camera, but finally remembered it.

Aw, so sweet. Noel just has the sweetest most innocent look. I think Ivy is pretty.
So pretty! Love the name and momma looks sweet too.
So I want to know. Did it work? Is the horse less shy?
Ivy is very pretty! Thanks, Ginger, for finding us! Your family is beautiful and your poodles . . . well, they are marvelous! We'll be back . . . hoping we can catch more pictures of those poodles! Are they all girls? I think we have a crush . . .
We just looked at some of your older blogs and saw that you are all girls--and quite beautiful ones at that! Whoa! We'll be back here, alright.
Cynthia, no, it didn't work. The horse is still just as shy. Only now the sheep is shy, too. :::smirk:::
Luc and Remy, I have all girl poodles. And they definitely had a crush on you handsome dudes!
